Qroodles LLC respects intellectual property rights. This Policy describes how to report content on the Qroodles platform that you believe infringes your copyright, and how to respond if your content is removed.
1. Designated Agent
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

2. Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement
Your written notice must include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a URL, advertisement identifier, or Qroodleplayer location and approximate time of display.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. We may forward your notice, including your contact information, to the person who submitted the material.
3. What We Do When We Receive a Notice
On receipt of a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously, notify the person who submitted it, and provide them a copy of the notice and a description of the counter-notice process.
4. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a written counter-notice containing substantially the following — note that these elements differ from those required in a takedown notice:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Qroodles may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original claimant. Unless the claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving your counter-notice.
5. Repeat Infringers
We have adopted and reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We record each compliant takedown notice against the account that submitted the material. An account that accumulates three such records, or that engages in egregious infringement, may be suspended or terminated, and its advertisements removed from all Qroodleplayers.
6. Misrepresentation
Under federal law, a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please consider whether the use qualifies as fair use before sending a notice.
