Qroodles is a hyper-local digital advertising platform that connects advertisers with consumers through Qroodleplayer digital signage displays at participating host businesses.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Attempts to circumvent platform security or abuse prevention systems

Qroodles' platform, technology, and content are protected by U.S. patent law (US9584863) and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

QROODLES PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
